Many of us were raised on the “no pain, no gain” approach to exercise - pushing harder, sweating more, and powering through soreness like it was a badge of honor.
Midlife bodies often ask for something different
This Evening Away Mini Retreat is an opportunity to pause, reconnect with your body, and explore what healthy and nourishing movement can look like during this season of life.
We’ll begin the evening with a Yoga for Menopause class led by Kerry Carlson, designed specifically for midlife bodies - supporting mobility, reducing injury risk, and working with the natural shifts happening during (peri)menopause and beyond.
After yoga, we’ll gather for a nourishing vegetarian dinner, mocktails, and dessert, followed by a cozy circle conversation where we’ll explore how to build a movement routine that feels sustainable, supportive, and realistic for your life now.
