Non Diet Perimenopause Coach

Reclaim Your Fire

You were never burning out. You were burning through.

(Peri)menopause has a way of making us question everything - our bodies, our energy, our sense of self.

The world hands you a narrative about midlife, and it's not a flattering one.

WE’RE HERE TO BURN IT DOWN

about-kate-health-coach.jpg

Join Kate Williams Stone and Kerry Carlson for a one-day retreat at SkyPond in Apex, NC.

Picture a cozy, upscale cabin tucked in the woods on a pond - where ten women will come together to relax, release, and reconnect with who they've always been.

Through yoga designed for your menopausal body, non-diet health coaching, a literal fire ceremony, and honest conversation with women who truly get it, you'll spend the day not just surviving this season - you'll start owning it.

The heat was never the problem

The story you were told about it was.

This fire? It was always yours.

Come reclaim it.

You will end the day. . .

  • Feeling rested and restored -  the kind of rest that comes from finally being in a room where you don't have to explain yourself

  • Understanding what's actually happening in your body - the hormones, the shifts, the symptoms - and genuinely equipped to support yourself without guilt or guesswork

  • Being more at home in your changing body -  not tolerating it, not managing it. Actually, finally, at home in it

  • Carrying real tools, not just good intentions -  practices and perspectives you can bring back into your everyday life and actually use.

  • Remembering who you are. Not who you were before. Who you are right now - and exactly how much fire that woman still has.

SkyPond is just 20 minutes from Chapel Hill - close enough to get to, far enough from everything else to actually exhale.

This is a small, intentional gathering.

Once these ten spots are gone, they're gone.

About Your Hosts

Kate Williams Stone

Kate is a certified non-diet health and life coach dedicated to helping women navigate the whirlwind of (peri)menopause with clarity and confidence.

Kate has experienced her own rollercoaster of (peri)menopausal health challenges from breast cancer, fibroids and anemia. Her personal health challenges sparked her passion for supporting other women through this complex and often misunderstood phase of life.

Drawing from professional certifications in intuitive eating, body image, and weight-neutral health coaching (HAES) through Stephanie Dodier’s Going Beyond the Food Method™, Kate uses a trauma-informed, feminist approach to help her clients feel energized and at ease in their changing bodies.

Her methodology is grounded in evidence-based principles and practical strategies that honor individual needs without the pressure of diets or rigid food rules.

Along with hosting retreat experiences, Kate works individually with clients in personalized settings like 1:1 coaching and VIP days at SkyPond.

In her free time, Kate volunteers at Durham Performing Arts Center (DPAC) because she loves theater and recently joined a Garden Coop to learn to grow veggies.

KERRY CARLSON

Kerry found yoga to heal an injury and discovered how it healed and strengthened her body and mind. She now loves to share the same healing and strengthening qualities with her students. She encourages her students to respect what their bodies need day to day by focusing on the intention of the pose rather than how the pose should look. She includes meditation and moments of stillness to practice presence of mind, body and heart.

Kerry has completed a Yoga for Menopause and Beyond certification, along with a Menopause certification (Dr. Stacy Sims Menopause 2.0) to better understand the science behind this crucial time in a woman’s life.

Since she finds herself in the midst of Perimenopause, many of her classes, workshops and retreats offer yoga and breathwork to support women through the physical, emotional, and hormonal changes of Perimenopause into Postmenopause.

These offerings include movement that builds strength, eases symptoms, and helps women feel at home in their bodies again. Kerry’s intention is to create safe spaces for real bodies, real changes, and sustainable practices.

Off the mat, Kerry loves to cook, read, garden, hike and paint. Her greatest joy is time with her family.
