A community of midlife women who just get itβbecause theyβre living it too
Hi, Iβm Kate
Iβm a certified non-diet health and life coach who helps women navigate the whirlwind of perimenopause with clarity and confidence. Once the picture of health, I found myself on a rollercoaster of health challenges in my early 40sβall linked to perimenopause. That experience ignited my passion for supporting other women through this complex and often misunderstood phase of life.
With my professional certifications in cognitive behavioral coaching, intuitive eating, body image, and weight-neutral health coaching (HAES) through Stephanie Dodierβs Going Beyond the Food Methodβ’, I have a trauma-informed, eating disorder-aware, and feminist approach to health.
If you are curious about what perimenopause coaching is all about, the HOT {flash} BOOK CLUB is a great first step!

What we are Reading
Two bold books. Two honest conversations. One community that gets it.
MONDAY, JUNE 23RD Β· 7β8:30 PM ET ON ZOOM
Thick by Tressie McMillan Cottom
I first discovered Tressie McMillan Cottom during Oprahβs special on Ozempic, and instantlyβthere she was: the voice of clarity and equity in a conversation full of noise. Since then, Iβve been devouring every interview and podcast appearance she's done (donβt miss her episode with Trevor Noahβchefβs kiss).
Her essay collection, Thick, is fiercely intelligent, laugh-out-loud sharp, and heartbreakingly honest. She writes about body image, race, beauty, grief, and surviving in a world that asks Black women to shrink themselves. This is the kind of book that leaves a markβand weβre reading it together.
MONDAY, AUGUST 4TH Β· 7β8:30 PM ET ON ZOOM
The Change by Kirsten Miller
Hot flashes? Try superpowers.
Three women hit midlifeβand decide theyβve had enough. When mysterious powers awaken, they ditch the rules and start serving justice with a side of savage wit. The Change is part thriller, part feminist fantasy, and entirely unputdownable. Think beach town vibes, buried secrets, and big menopausal energy.
Bring your iced coffee, your biggest sunhat, and your loudest cackle. This oneβs juicy.

THIS ISNβT JUST A BOOK CLUB.
ITβS A MOVEMENT.
Whether youβve finished the book or only made it to Chapter 2, youβre welcome here. These discussions are powerful with or without a highlighter in hand.
